Danny Spanos, born and raised in South Lyon, Michigan, (also known as George Spanos), was an American rock drummer, best known for his 1983 EP Passion in the Dark. He also had songs on the soundtracks of two movies in 1983–84. He went on to play drums with several groups, including Redbone, and played drums on the Redbone 1975 Alaskan Tour. Danny passed on February 23, 2022.

Jack White, best known for his work with Rick Springfield, also played drums for Ike & Tina Turner, Johnny Cash, The Bee Gees, Redbone and several TV and film soundtracks. He played on the Redbone Live album, recorded in 1977. 

Garrett Saracho is a fourth generation Los Angeleno of San Carlos Apache and Mexican descent, with a recording output that spans genres, labels, and decades. Perhaps best known for the 1973 LP "En Medio", he has recorded numerous other projects that blend pop, electronic, R&B, and indigenous music traditions, including Redbone.  Saracho was with Redbone from 1974 to 2002.

ALOISIO AGUIAR - Over and above their own prodigy level musicianship, Pat and Lolly Vegas also had the ability to find talented musicians.  Redbone musicians were truly a cut above.  One such Redbone musician was keyboardist Aloisio Aguiar who performed on the Cycles and Live Albums.  Aguilar recorded three albums on his own; Child of the Universe, King of Hearts and To Jobim with Love.

Tracy Lee Nelson joined Redbone in the 1990s after famed guitarist Lolly Vegas suffered a stroke. One of the highlights of Nelson’s career was performing with Redbone at the Superbowl in Tempe in 1996.

In the early 1990s, Nelson had opened for Redbone at some pow wows, so when Vegas had his stroke in 1996 they asked Nelson to join the band. When it doesn’t conflict with his own band’s performances
